When we had our first child we took so many photos and video, I thought it a waste to just leave the video on the tapes.  One, I was so worried that something would happen to the tape and two, I wanted her pictures and video to be in one place for her first year.  We started working on the computer making her DVDs and loved it so much she now has five DVDs, one for each year.  With the birth of our second child I decided to stay at home.  I thought that I love to do the DVDs so much, why don’t I start a business, hence the beginning of MY MEMORIES ON DVD. 

I originally started doing slide shows on DVD for birthday, graduation and anniversary presents, but I have gotten so many people interested in video transfer.  My next step is to have short seminars to help people with their videos.

I love to help people find a great and unique gift for someone they care for.   I find myself, as I do the DVDs, feeling that this is for my family and put my whole heart into it.  I love to hear from people, ”oh my husband cried, he loved it.”  Or “I now actually watch my home movies because of the convenience of the DVD with chapter markers.”  That makes me feel great.
